FOR MANY OF US, EXPERIENCING GENUINE CONNECTIONS WITH OTHERS IS DIFFICULT. IT TAKES TIME AND EFFORT. IF FINDING SOLID RELATIONSHIPS WERE EASY, EVERYONE WOULD BE CONNECTED IN COMMUNITY!
WHAT IS THE FIRST STEP IN CONNECTING WITH OTHERS IN A MEANINGFUL WAY? HEBREWS 10:25 SAYS, “LET US NOT GIVE UP MEETING TOGETHER, AS SOME ARE IN THE HABIT OF DOING, BUT LET US ENCOURAGE ONE ANOTHER.”
THIS IS NOT PROFOUND, BUT IT IS THE FIRST STEP… YOU MUST BE WITH OTHERS! |
LIFE GROUPS
where the large church becomes small |
On Campus– At our Clarion Campus we provide the opportunity for groups of people, from 15-50, committed to knowing and applying the Bible to come together in a caring fellowship, with organization to bring about pastoral care, discipleship and outreach.
Off Campus– At both campuses we encourage Life Groups, designed to provide a home environment that allows small groups of people, usually 6-12, from our fellowship to meet to live out the five purposes God created all of us to fulfill.
The goal for both On Campus and Off Campus Life Groups is to help people learn to “Do Life Together” by developing authentic relationships in a caring community. |
CONNECT GROUPS
where getting connected becomes a reality |
Connect Groups are short term (4 weeks) small group studies designed to help new friends at Zion get to know one another and feel more at home in a smaller setting.
During the 4 week study, group members will learn more about Zion’s 3 C’s (change, connect, commit) and find opportunities to begin growing in relationships with each other. |
